POLICY:
Baked goods are prepared in a separate, licensed, certified Region of Waterloo health inspected business kitchen located on the premise.
License and Inspection documents are available upon request.
ALLERGIES:
The business kitchen is not free of gluten, dairy or peanut products.
For this reason, I cannot accept orders with dietary restrictions.
BOOKING:
Dates are filled on a first come/first serve basis.
A retainer/deposit is required to hold your date and book your order.
Retainer/deposit is non refundable.
Terms and conditions are accepted upon sending deposit/retainer.
The number of orders I book per day is based upon the size of each individual order.
Once your order is booked, any requests made to downsize your order will result in an additional charge.
All changes requested must be completed through email and you MUST receive a confirmation email from me that I have acknowledged the changed details.
I reserve the right to make any changes to your order, that are deemed necessary to ensure it will be completed on time, should an issue arise due to a design dilemma or product availability.
If you need to reschedule your order, you may do so within 60 days but only if my calendar permits.
After 60 days, the deposit is non transferrable.
COLOUR MATCHING:
I receive many requests to match frosting and fondant colours to fabric or theme decor.
Some colours are easier to match than others.
Frosting and fondant coloured with food colouring will darken over time, with the end result being unpredictable.
I will try my best to come as close to the original colour as possible but keep in mind the end result is beyond my control.
Although I have been successful in the past, I simply cannot guarantee the colour match will be exact.
Please keep in mind buttercream tinted with food colouring has the potential to stain fabric.
PICK UP TIME:
Currently I am offering pick up times that are convenient for the client's schedule.
As everyone's time is precious, I ask that you be respectful of your agreed upon pick up time.
If you anticipate being late (more than 10-15 minutes), please contact me via email or
phone @ 519-624-0880 – please (leave a message) to let me know you are running behind.
Receipts are available upon request.
