• How many portions a cake will yield will depend on how the cake is cut. 
• Use the guides below to obtain the number of portions your cake was quoted on.
• All cakes are quoted on "wedding sized' portions:

           1 inch long, 2 inches wide, 4 inches tall (unless otherwise specified)

          Larger servings will result in less portions.
